How much does it cost?
-
The rate for treatments may vary pending the time spent, services performed and distance traveled.
Generally, an evaluation will cost $120 and one visit will be $100 per hour. Please feel free to contact us to discuss pricing.

Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral. Oklahoma offers Direct Access with provisions. Direct access means you can directly access a physical therapist without a physician referral or a prescription. If you are not making improvements after 30 days, then you will be referred to your doctor. If you are having pain, discomfort or difficulty with any task or activity, contact us for an evaluation to find out how we can help.

Why does Fit for Me PT not take any insurance?
This is a very intentional choice to provide the best care for our patients. By not accepting insurance, we are not constrained by the limitations dictated by many Health Insurance providers. Most outpatient clinics that will accept your insurance will also treat you along side 1-2 other people and will usually transition treatment to a technician for much of the care. You will also more than likely be asked to come 2-3 times a week. Depending on your insurance co-pay and deductible, you may not be saving as much money as you would like to think.
For example, say you have a conservative co-pay amount of $25 per visit and you attend therapy 2-3 times a week. You are already spending up to $75 dollars per week, for potentially a max of 30 minutes of one-on-one time per visit. Over a 6-8 week period, you would have spent anywhere from $300 to $600 dollars, plus any additional coinsurance that may apply.
At Fit for Me Physical Therapy, we can save you time and money. Through dedicated one-on-one treatment for an entire hour, once a week, we can achieve similar results of attending therapy 2-3 times a week in less total time. Not only that, but since we come to you, you are saving travel time and fuel and have the reassurance that this is a program specifically FIT for you.
We value your health as much as you do and want to be able to spend quality time and give personal attention to foster the achievement of your goals.

How long will a treatment last?
-
Initially, an evaluation will be performed to assess your strength, range of motion, pain and functional limitations. This first visit will last up to 1 hour. Subsequent treatments will usually last an hour, but may vary pending patient request, diagnosis, etc.
-
Do you come to my house?
We will come to your house, or if you prefer, we can meet you at work, your gym or even your favorite park.
-
What kind of equipment do you have?
Our therapist will come with a treatment table, various resistance bands, some weights and creativity. The beauty of coming to you, is that we can observe your difficulties and functional limitations in your day to day environment and create a program that specifically addresses those limitations to help you return to function and become independent with your own progress.
